Our Yoga Path

Gius and Cinzia have always studied and teach according to the tradition of Sri.k Pattabhi Jois and now with Sharath Jois. They deeply believe that only by maintaining the link with the source in Mysore can the knowledge of Ashtanga Yoga be transmitted in an authentic way. Their teaching is based on their experience as students in the first place and tries to ensure that each practitioner can benefit from the practice taking into account their psycho-physical circumstances.

Her curiosity for her introspection, self-knowledge and self-healing paths lead her to participate in Karuna Reiki meetings, then obtaining the 1st level Reiki diploma, a very strong tool for rebalancing.

Trained as a beautician and masseuse, she integrates her studies with her vision of body systems and life, giving a more holistic approach to her work in which emotions and somatisms find space as well as purely physical tensions and imperfections.

At every stage of life and at every major change she has continued to study and research the depths of her yogic practice. From Morelli’s energetic Hatha yoga to the gentler and more meditative approach of Paola and Giancarlo of the Yo center
